At Clarabelle, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Item is unworn and unused
Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
Order confirmation or receipt is provided

🔄 How to Start a Return

Contact Us — Email us at support@clarabelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization — We'll reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Ship Your Item — Pack securely and ship using the provided instructions. Keep your tracking number.
Refund Issued — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage
A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at contact@clarabelle.com if you need help.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
