Most of our rings are adjustable, which means you don't need to know
your exact size — they shape gently to fit, from around size 5 to 8 US
(approximately 49 to 57 EU).

For our fixed-size pieces, the size is clearly marked on each product
page. If you're unsure, the easiest method is to measure a ring you
already wear: lay it flat, measure the inner diameter in millimetres,
and check our size guide.

If you receive a fixed-size ring and it doesn't fit, you have 14 days
to exchange it. No drama.

Most of our rings are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin,
but not all. Each product page clearly states whether the piece is
hypoallergenic.

Look for our hypoallergenic badge — pieces marked with it are
crafted in nickel-free materials with 14K or 18K gold plating over
surgical-grade base.

If you have severe metal sensitivities, we recommend filtering for
hypoallergenic pieces only, or reaching out before you order — we'll
tell you exactly what's in any piece you're considering.

Yes — and we hope you will. Our rings are designed for daily wear:
sculptural enough to be noticed, comfortable enough to forget you're
wearing them.
To keep them looking their best:
— Last on, first off. Put your rings on after lotion, perfume,
and washing your hands.
— Take them off before swimming, showering, sleeping, or any
intensive physical activity.
— Store them dry, ideally in their original pouch.
With normal daily wear, our gold-plated pieces stay beautiful for
years. Backed by The Clarabelle Promise — if a manufacturing fault
appears within 12 months, we replace it.

We have a 14-day return policy on rings. As long as the piece is unworn
and in its original condition, you can return it for a full refund or
exchange — including for a different size or style.

Return shipping is on you for first-time exchanges — but if the piece
