📦 Overview

At Clarabelle, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn and unused
  • Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Order confirmation or receipt is provided

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us — Email us at support@clarabelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization — We'll reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item — Pack securely and ship using the provided instructions. Keep your tracking number.
  4. Refund Issued — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us at contact@clarabelle.com if you need help.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at support@clarabelle.com with your order number.
