Most jewellery brands write their guarantee like a legal document because, frankly, they hope you'll never read it.

We wrote ours differently. We want you to read it.

Because we'd rather you knew exactly what you're getting before you buy than discover something disappointing after.



If your Clarabelle piece fades, dulls, scratches, breaks, or develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months —
we replace it.



Not refund. Not repair. Replace.

The same piece, free, with free shipping both ways.

That's it. That's the promise.


HOW IT WORKS

A simple four-step thing.

Email us.

Reply to your order confirmation, or write to contact@shopclarabelle.com. Tell us what happened in two or three sentences. With photos of the product.

We respond within 48 hours.

A real person, not a form letter. We may ask one or two questions to understand what happened — not to challenge you, but to learn from it.

We send the replacement.

Same piece, brand new, free shipping. If your piece is no longer available, we'll find the closest match or offer something of equal value.

That's it.

No returns, no questionnaires, no "submit a claim" portal. The whole thing takes 5 minutes of your time and 5—10 days for the new piece to arrive.


A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

This promise is generous on purpose. But generosity isn't naivety, so here's what we don't cover:

  • Lost or stolen pieces. We'd love to help, but we can't.
  • Pieces broken because they were dropped, sat on, slept in, or pulled too hard. Earrings aren't gym equipment.
  • Pieces that were modified or repaired outside of Clarabelle.
  • Pieces bought from third parties (eBay, Vinted, anywhere that isn't shopclarabelle.com). We can only guarantee what we sold ourselves.

Everything else — wear, tarnish, defects, anything we genuinely made wrong — we fix. No drama.

We make small pieces. We don't make a lot of them.

And we'd rather you wear yours for years than buy a second one to replace the first.

This promise is how we mean it.
